WL18YCE 18 k gold solder alloy is widely used in jewelry industries to create seamless and secure solder in gold. Our solder alloy has excellent bonding property it provides strong and durable joint between jewelry pieces. Our solder prepare to have lower melting point (650-700 Celsius) than jewelry piece surface. This allow it to be melted and use without affecting the integrity of jewelry. This alloy is cadmium free and perfect for BIS HUID hallmark regulation. The solder alloy can be easily controlled applied in precise amount making it suitable for delicate and light weight jewelry. The solder alloy design to be compatible with common soldering technics like torch soldering or laser soldering.
